Managing email subscription preferences in R&M profiles

You can subscribe to travel alerts, bulletins and updates by editing the email address area in your profile. If you have access to your travellers profile(s) you may also manage these subscriptions on their behalf.

Step 1 - Load the profile 

You can edit your profile by selecting the profile icon on the top right of the R&M/Portal homepage. To edit a traveller profile on behalf of someone else search via the 'Travellers' menu. 

Step 2 - Load the email category

Once the profile is accessed select 'Email' from the options menu and select the pencil symbol to edit the email section.

Step 3 - Make selections

For Hazard and Disruption Alerts you can subscribe to alerts for your travellers (ideal for travel bookers) or you can subscribe to alerts affecting your trips (ideal for travellers).
