Traveller profiles store important person specific information to make the booking process smooth from start to finish.

Reed and Mackay take the security of traveller data very seriously and as such only personnel with a genuine need have the option to view profiles.

Each traveller booking online or with the travel team needs a traveller profile to make a reservation. These profiles are self-managed and can be updated with new information when required.

Currently there are two ways to create traveller profiles for your organization. 

The first is through an HR feed. If you wish to set up an HR feed for your organization please speak to your Client Success Manager who can assist you.

Secondly is through self-set up.
